#178912 - My solution
Responding to: ???'s previous message
I was asked by a guy who sells wax pots to solve his problems that heaters keep blowing off.
What I did was instead of making the heater on all the time (when heater is on) I made a simple circuit without zero crossing that turns the heater on for one cycle and turns it back off for another cycle. This way the power to the heater was cut down to a half and the guy tested my circuit for months and he was very happy with the results, so I modified about 50 wax pots for him.
