The heater is blowing, but not the electronics??

Is the heater overheating because the elextronics does not turn-off the heater after reaching the end temperature??

Does the heater need a soft start, when totally cold??

Do you really need a phase angle control?? Isn't this overkill due to the large thermal inertia??
