Hello Forum Members,
Thank you very much for your posts and reviews.

Here is what I have decided to avoid the problem of heater blowing Off.

1. Use Zero-cross.
2. Monitor the Heater current also.
3. Provide Soft Start, by phase angle control, below 100 Deg.C. Later by Cycle Control.
4. Provide a single continuous Trigger till the end of the Half cycle.
5. Basically, I need to use Power Control, rather than just the Voltage Control.

Any more suggestions from you, will be of great help.
