Is left side VAC(electric power) heater?

For me....I consider used the MOC3021 for efficency.Just TRIAC drive by MCU(or transistor when (Gate of TRIAC) need more voltage).

or perhaps..pin 5 of MOC3021 used another DC voltage.
(the R14,R13 and CX2 didn't used).
pin4 of MOC3021 still driven TRIAC
