It's not a problem for me, either, Chris. I'd not be so quick to dismiss how others got to where they are, however. You've a lot to learn, and, presumably, a lot of time in which to learn it. It'll go more easily for you if you stop trying to make the world fit your model.


Yes, I'm older than you ... old enough, in fact, to be a seasoned man. I don't get upset when my position is challenged, and I don't get upset when things go wrong. I simply try to mitigate the harm, if there is any.

Yes, you have different values than I, a fact which, indirectly, I'm decrying, in that it is what makes you take the attitude that people shouldn't have to do their own work, that they shouldn't have to search before begging for someone else to do it, and, perhaps, for the blatant misrepresentation on your CV. You can't have it both ways, Chris. You're either a competent programmer, or you're not. I can easily believe you when you say you're not a programmer. From the attitudes you've displayed, I can't imagine that you would be a competent anything. Of course, you can change that. It requires a change in attitude, though.


I'm not after a win. It's not a contest. You had already "lost" when you posted your first statement.
