If you need to learn something from scratch, asking questions on a forum - any forum - is not a very effective way to do it.

What you need is a proper "course" of instruction that will begin by laying the necessary foundations, then build up to the required level of knowledge. You cannot short-circuit this process.

A forum is not a tutorial; you might ask for recommendations for tutorials, books, etc - but it will still be you that has to put the effort into studying and working-through the materials.
