You are right, I am NOT complaining nor have I said I was abused, I did say that I could feel the overhang of RTFM tones. I also offered up a possible reason as to why things may be slowing down around here. Also all my threads IMO, had some if not all of the info I was working with and asked for help at the time. YOU and many others like Andy and Erik were very helpful to get me from point A to B, even after I RTFM and wasn't confident on how to write the C and C++ code needed to achieve my tasks.

When I first started this job, I clearly had stated that I am not a programmer, my skills are in hardware design and layout and testing. I'm asked to wear many hats here, and a primary one is that was unexpected during interview time, was to write all the firmware since there was no software guy here to do so. I told them I'd do my best and use the resources available to me, and I did. They didn't care if it added time, they wanted me and hired me the same day, so IMO, that says something. I ended up being successful.

My observations are from the many threads that I read, in silence, and watched the people get destroyed for not searching and RTFM (understandably so). Then this thread occurs, I offer my opinion, and now I get stepped on, why because it makes them feel better? All the power to them.

Again, this just proves my point every time someone comes after me. But, I have a thick skin, and I just laugh it all off, because this doesn't change the course of my life in any way.
