I doubt you did so well in grade school. You still demonstrate you don't know the difference between possessive and contraction.

Taking a little extra time to ensure you've spelled things correctly and that you've used the correct words in your posts, and avoiding the much-maligned SMS lingo, and so on, and taking time to ensure your sentences are properly constructed, i.e. have subject and predicate properly ordered ... and included ... shows you have at least a little respect for those who have to decipher your comments. If you'd like to be treated with respect, you probably would be wise to show a bit of respect for those to whom you're writing.

You've actually demonstrated that you're the problem, and not part of the solution. You see, the fact that you're ignorant of the basics required to perform your work, is not relevant, even if your manager is too busy or incompetent to concern himself with that detail. He probably hopes you will use the resources available to you properly. He doesn't have time to monitor your actions, probably because, unlike you, he's applying his "due diligence" to his tasks.

If you think I'm part of the problem, it's likely you're wrong. I've tried to show you the error of your ways. you can be part of the solution, but ... you don't want to be. You're the only one who's openly taken your position. Doesn't that tell you something?
