I know some people that, erm, smoke too much. That is their choice, but they seem to come up with these brilliant ideas that are going to change the world and want to expound their vast knowlege. Problem is, when they're straight they've forgotten these brilliant ideas. Unfortunately for them, the ideas don't hold water in reality.

So why aren't all embedded guys using Bascom and 8051s? I pulled apart my HotWheels radar gun the other day but it did not have an 8051 in it and it was probably not programmed in Bascom - the guys that designed that must be still in the 'dark ages'. Right wing pinkoes at that I'd assume.

Darren, if you are going to stir shit - at least make it funny so we can all have a larf. You're not the first person whose figured out that if you make an outrageous statement it will pull someone's chain. Just keep them statements coming. We used to do it back in high school to stir the teachers and I'm quite sure there are people who have done the same thing through the ages. Put simply - 'same shit - different day'. Yawn.
