I was thinking of making a ascii readout on a LCD 1 x 8. But not sure what I would need. I have to convert the analog voice pattern store ram read it to LCD, maybe I could use 89c2051 or 89c4051 for microcontroller. Another words have my voice conversation scrolling on LCD as someone talks to me on the phone
That would be trying to kill an elephant with a BB gun. I do not know where these grossly overoptimistic estimates of the capabilities of a '51 (even a very small derivetive) comes from. Is it the desire to try to make for a buck what cost $100? Try, just for a mkoment, to be reaistic and look at the above quote. Devices, such as you have described do exist - anyone know what is inside? Erik |
