Sivanand, your mistake is, that you have connected the 7407 wrong! You must connect the A-inputs of 7407 to the outputs of 74LS154 and the Y-outputs of 7407 to the relays. I have marked the A-inputs and Y-outputs in the scheme above. Sivanand said:
