Why are you confused?

The values are clearly stated in the table on the image that you posted. There is no need for any doubt or confusion!

Again, the Datasheet is the definitive document.

The Datasheet is the manufacturer's statement of how their chip should be used: they designed the chip; they make the chip - they should know what capacitor values to use!

The one I got was MAX232 CPE I hope it is same as MAax232.

Don't just "hope" - verify it in the appropriate datasheet!
