I am using SN7407 buffer of TI.
I have conencted the 'A' pins of the buffer to relay side and 'Y' side pins to the multiplexer.

My demultiplexer outputs low voltage i selected lines in which the relay is to be actuated.
I traced the voltage at the input and output of these low lines to the buffer.The input is low but the output is high.
