It is decidedly easier to show how it is drawn wrong and say it "should look like this" rather than to give words and names to it. I let the person who owns the drawing figure out what he wants to call it.

In addition if the owner makes the schematic change suggested then I have a good feeling that they comprehend the issue. If not then "oh well....I tried".
