What do you think of this method:

.

- I want the user to be able to power on using logic (no sleeping microcontroller)
- These FF's have built-in schmidt trigger's, so should eliminate the need for two logic chips (kai's suggestion)
- I still have software OFF control (prevent off during EEPROM write or something)

Anything I'm missing? Suggestions?
