Hello Farshid,

Linear Technology's application note AN47 contains massive amounts of information on high-speed analogue design. I can thoroughly recommend you (and anyone else that wants to play with this kind of circuit) to read it. It is a large file (5MB) and their server seems quite slow at the moment, but it is well worth the download.
