Note, the AD844 negative input has an input resistance of typ. 50 Ohm (whereas the positive input has an input resistance of min. 7 MOhm). 50 Ohm (in -1 gain) are far off the 1 MOhm input resistance you'd probably want to aim for for the probe inputs.
