Oddly enough, it's not really easy to see which post it's a reply to - unless you browse the thread in tree view. In chronologic/linear mode, the post may even be on a completely different page.

A well selected quote helps a lot to quickly move a debate forward, without the need to spend time trying to backtrack earlier comments.


So my question....why would anyone use the chronological ordered linear list as opposed to the threaded tree view???
