Yes, will Zilog follow up with the 'missing' parts, like 128K and the new CapSense MC96FT083 ?

I like the 1.8V core regulator, on some parts it comes to a pin, which could power a CPLD like XC2C32/ATF1504BE/4064ZE in many apps.

I doubt DIP will emerge, that's already falling off option lists, but they do often offer the 'big' SO packages on 1.27mm pitch, and these are all ISP/OCD, so PLUG-able is less important.
Hand soldering to 1.27mm is easy.

What IS missing from Zilog, is a low cost Debug Connection 'dongle'.
