I want to ensure that no one can blame anyone but themselves when they are "screwed" by this company. If you're happy with them, well, that's fine, but if you find their practices shoddy and disreputable, you can't say you haven't been warned.
I still fail to see how any corporation could allow its people to lie, consistently, about the facts of their product, blame their customers for their onw failures, etc. As I said before, I've never encountered another company that behaved so badly. It makes me wonder why you'd attempt to defend them, and I'll remind you and anyone else whenever the subject comes up. Keep in mind, though, that I didn't actually start with this line.
