OR are the chips really manufactured in such a way that all such chips produced for a particular model would have exactly the same Drift, linearity and mismatch coeficients ?
... each and every chiop will be within min and max as stated in the datasheet.
if you have one you will get whatever error that chip has, if you have multiple chips you will get the average (most likely better)
