NO. This was in previous system, 500 running foot of cable from amp to PLC.

The system i am designing, i will place near the weighing hopper, so the cables of load-cells will terminate directly at it, and my goal will be to have that cable length not exceed 20 to 30 feet.

After all data is digitized, the system can communicate with the master computer over RS-485 so there i have no issues of cable length.
