I found on Sunrom site both USB to RS232 & USB programmer for 89series.

The person I asked question has guaranteed Vista operation &
driver is also provided. So I have placed order eventhough it is
many times costlier. (Rs,750 instead of Rs.200)I already have
ISP programmer from this site so serial converter was necessary.
Now I can program AVR devices also.
