Peter I do agree with your point, however if the guy is inexperienced, he may not know how to ask the specific question, or English may not be his fluent language. The point I am trying to make is NOT to jump all over someone for asking a question EVEN IF THE QUESTION has been asked millions of times. A small amount of patience is needed here. The same amount of patience that you would use with a small child.

This is an information forum. The fact that the person is trying to learn is inspiring. (some may disagree here)

There are many WORSE things in the world to blow your top over, I just don't think this is one of them.
