#166126 - But what's wrong in asking for an example implementaton? Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I have learned the most from examining other's code.
While there are tons of code around on the 'net, the shear amount is the problem - and the quality. This is true even of the Code Library here, including my contributions. I see no problem in pointing those who are asking to SOME code, or giving out some on request (if I have some). I doubt any of it can be handed in without substantial rework - or, if it IS accepted as such, the problem is NOT in the student. A good teacher recognizes a genuine student work, maybe with help of a question or two. JW |
