Most of the time the poster asking for help has spent days or maybe even weeks on something and as a last resort came here to ask for some help only to be rudely shut down by (you know who you are). Naw, from the complete lack of evidence presented, like what I tried but this didn't work, then I tried this etc., you are kidding yourself that this admission of defeat has been wrung from the depths of their souls. No, its a quick, easy, effortless fix. How many MORE times do we have to ask for "what have you tried ?" and get NO response, or a re-iteration of the original question. Bottom LINE:
Everyone was a beginner at one thing or another in their lifetime. Just try an remember those days before you jump on someone. After all, most of the "gimme code" posters are young adults who don't have experience at life, much less complicated microcontroller programming. Yep, I was a beginner once too. Then AND now, I HATE having to ask anyone for help. I will do my level best to show to someone that I DO have to ask, that I have done everything reasonable to find a solution. The struggle for an answer is a KEY part in learning to be an engineer. If you are spoon-fed solutions, what are you and will you ever really learn everything ? Steve |
