Do you need it that bright, if not reduce the current by reducing the voltage making the design simpler. -The bar is this, I cant change it. you stated in a post that the 'bar' was LED and series resistor. For such a device yoy can reduce the voltage, making it gradually dimmer, till it goes out. Erik The only problem with this is that as the voltage over the series resistor drops, the component tolerances in the LEDs will result in larger and larger intensity differences between different bars. If it was just one bar, then it wouldn't matter so much - each LED in the bar would get the same current anyway. |
