Dear Steve,

Not sure if you do mind reading ! The Phaedrus Netiom is the exact product that I was looking for and it fits the bill exactly. And thier documentation is very crisp and useful. I was so impressed I already ordered out one module. Can't wait to get it. Its a pity that this site never came up in the first few pages in my search for "home automation over internet"
