#166450 - Only a clarification Responding to: ???'s previous message |
It was only a clarification!! When I went through the line that the pin is a logic pin, I simply wondered whether a schmitt existed inside!
I am switching over to an external reset device. MAX 1232 is available for 0.4 USD and MCP130 is also a good option. This covers the reset issue, but the Vcc slew rate thing still remains. I have found Switching regulators having UVLO, but for linear ones, I need to either go for the ones with Enable pin or go for another transistor in series. Let me thank everybody for their precious comments and the time they spent on this thread. Appreciate the help. I also went through the the link posted by Daniel Contarino. That was pretty enlightening and scary at the same time! There are many places here where small plants are entirely run from generators, and some of them have outputs that keep sagging depending on the load! |
