I must confess that I still don't understand this one. It simply would not have occurred to me to make people feel like I'd pulled a fast one over on them as a means of enticing them to become my customers. I always thought you would want potential (and existing) customers to know they could trust you, and not worry about how you were going to try and trick them today.

Oh, to be sure, I understand the idea of an "evaluation" version of your product. I guess I'd have just made certain they knew of the limitations up front, but that's just me.
