WHERE in Ohms law do you find capacitance.

Even someone who is not the sharpest tool in the shed, should be able to understand that when capacitance (FYI Mr. Faraday) is involved, something beyond what Ohms law describes could be the case.

What you are saying is that since MPH is miles/hours, then a litre is not a correct measurement.
