#125764 - Mr OHM again Responding to: ???'s previous message |
As the Fairchild guys have already pointed out that the majority of bipolar logic, certainly the LSTTL, STLL, and 10KECL are slower than the fastest CMOS of the current era, yet use upward of 6-7 orders of magnitude (that's powers of ten, for those who smoke weed) more power in a static condition, nobody wants to consider bipolar logic either.
Hello again Richard, nice of you to drop by... Lets look at what you have said above, since current CMOS is getting faster, by faster it means it works at a higher frequency than ever before... and yet these new divices consume less current than ever before. That sounds like, high frequency means less power and not more..., but many here and I re iterate again (sigh!)... Is electrical power a function of it's frequency???, Mr OHM says no, no , no...if you don't agree with MR OHM then MR maxwell is wrong also since his theory obeys MR OHMS law, Hence, dispite MR OHM not having the latest hp multimeter available to him, I guess we need to see what he has to say,eh! He sounds like quite a clever guy to me, but course that only my opinion. Darren |
