Ian Hi Ian, The speed power product is merely a 'goodness' figure into the effeciency of a particular logic family, be that ttl,lsttl,fttl and the list goes on, clearly things are improving with time money and research as dictated, VHC 4000 series seems a good choice. Now here's the kicker, do any of the above technoligies violate Mr OHM's and MR AMPERE's law's which were laid down during 1830's or there abouts??? I await in anticipation..... Darren |
