Please quantify for 32kHz clock and the lowest supply voltage at full run for the equivalent of PIC16F84, at least as a typical value (it's typ 15uA for the PIC).

I can't find the consumption.vs.frequency curves or figures for consumption calculation in the LPC9xx datasheets (in fact, I am missing A LOT OF THINGS in those datasheets, but it's been a year I had a look last time).
