Hi Farshid,
Why do you distinguish between "acid" and "lead acid" batteries ? I thin kth egel acid cells charge the same as ordinary ones. Have you seen the special sequencers you can get for carputers that protect them during cranking ? I have a link somewhere - DashPC ? ??? There are quite a lot of resources on dual charge setups - my ambi will have one, and all caravan/motor homes/travel vans run on multi cell systems Take a look at a UK group http://www.abmcc.co.uk - the self build motor caravan club - there are LOADS of useful links and tips there on related issues.
