If the isolation is damaged, then you will see a blue glimming, right there where "parts" of the ignition voltage leave the cable and run to grounded motor parts. The blue glimming comes from ionized air. Older ignition cables can shine bright and look like a Christmas tree Neat trick, but it would have to be very very dark I would think ? Steve |
