Mikkel STC also have wide Vcc versions, (STC15F104W) but not yet showing on sales websites. You could also check the new C8051F86x/85x ? Just $10 for the Toolstick (both halves for that $10), and it has a spec of Icc Idle @ 1.53 MHz typ 550uA - so16 is easy to solder by hand. |
