The current should be about 2.7mA in active mode and about 0.6mA in idle mode. The actual current is 2.7mA all the time - not what I expected. Are you sure the part is in idle when you expect it to be so? Can't there be some unexpected interrupt waking it up immediately or soon after it enters idle? Can you retry the current measurement with some trivial code which does not enable any interrupt and just enters the idle state? JW |
