Was that a CMOS drive Osc ? What is Icc in Idle, with XTAL1 pin held H/L ? To be certain you are in idle, put a loop that toggles a pin after the IDLE, and a line that clears another pin, just before you hit idle. The earlier pin should be low and following pin should be static. It may 'get in' one toggle, depending on the code flow. |
