Hi Andy,

It's true what you say, the customer doesn't give hoot about the products internals, but then you are not a customer., I am asking for advice on 8052.com forum and trying to generate some interest with like minded technicians/engineers.

I have done some market research which is easy to to do these days with the help of the internet.

Currently, it is possible to purchase a 3 term controller from China costing about £25, however the spec. is far from perfect, the integration time is adjustable from 0 to 3600 secs, even set at 1 sec is way to slow, the other problem is its output relay cantact is underated at about 2amps 250Vac, should be 16 amps @ 250Vac and the relay should be pluggable in a pcb mounted base for easy replacement.
