I'm confused on where you're going with this thread!

"The Market" doesn't give a hoot about the internal details of a product (what processor it uses, what flash size, etc).
"The Market's" only concerns are things like performance, price, support, availability, etc.

If you're intending to develop a product for market, you should really have started by doing your market research first - before even thinking about any hardware or software design!
From your market research, you should prepare a specification of the required features, performance, and price-point. Then - and only then - you can start on your design to meet those requirements
