Hi Steve,

As I've pointed out the software and operation is quite comprehensive for 8k byte of code, looking at Chinese temperature controllers on ebay reveals that for £25.00 one gets auto tuning, however supposing I did know the auto tune algorithm, I've run out of flash rom already?, before I auto tune I must incorperate multiple thermocouple software selection?, i.e., type N,J,K there are about 8 types, I've run out of flash, upgrade to AT89S8253 is a doubling in chip price? for 4k flash extra?

To be perfectly honest, using graphical information my pid calculations at there simplest being an LCR circuit don't match up, I have a problem.
