Agreed - they say,

Testing of the MFA controller adaptation and its comparison to a classic PID controller...

But there is no comparison to a classic PID controller!

The paper shouldn't even have been published with such a gaping hole as that!

They also haven't demonstrated that their system actually works in real life - it is all just a simulation!
There is no proof that the simulation is valid!

They also haven't given any consideration of the relative cost, complexity, ease-of-use, etc of the 2 techniques.

Maybe their system is good - but this paper has singularly failed to show that!
