You're right, in that the experience quickly teaches you what the relevant details are. If you don't learn to cope with them right away, you'll fail right away. You, Erik, have been "at it" so long that that fact alone bears witness to your competence. RE If a tool or a process promotes the wrong attitude, then don't blame the tool. Blame the: 1) User: using it like a crutch or a substitute to understanding. 2) Teacher: Not an expert or poor teaching ability. Badly design training course. 3) Tool vendor: For creating a hype. |
