It is just not true. customers will abandon a source for $0.05 Customers will not wait for your product that promises to be $0.05 cheaper and will be avaialable "Real Soon Now..." Keep in mind, too, that if the programmers don't know how to program the hardware in ASM, they won't be able to do it properly in 'C' either. I don't even beleive that's entirely true. The vast majority of program code is (probably) not concerned with "programming the hardware" |
