Certain words could be banned entirely ... You can get into "interesting" situations with this kind of thing.

Some properties have a sign in the front window of the bus, the content of which is entered by the driver, Typically this is the 'run'.

Some buses in a certain city were running with that sign displaying 4 letter words that were 'undesirable'.

Our analysis resulted in the fact that to be complete would be a herculean task (impossible to be complete) and thus every circumvention would result in a "table upgrade" and this woild be a never ending battle between 'clever' drivers and "disallow table" upgrades.

This reminds of that one licence plate that slipped through the "personalized licence plate censors" which describes what I would like to respond to the SMS users "UPURS2"
