Can you state the outline of the regulator, the OP can do so easily or, at least post the chip namewith ALL letters and numbers, which via the datasheet will give the footprint.

All you would do click on link and read spec. I should mention on my board when made allen supplied a 11.0592 Mhz crystal so this works great for different baud rates.
