every post discuss reset as a means of STARTING, most errors due to RC and other crappy resets occur when powering down.
When the power disappear this will, typically, be a very slow process doe to the reservoir capacitors on the Vcc. The uC will, during power down, operate in some form or fashion below the minimum required Vcc, this can go on for several milliseconds. What signals go to the flash, to the I/O pins, to anything else during this period, if the uC is not reset, is anybodys guess. Erik |
