I like to use (and have formed the habit) all-caps for certain terms that are likely to be sought out at a later time/date. Component types, component classes, etc, major concepts, and so on, tend to be easier to find in cap's than in italics.

Long strings of all-capitalized text doesn't help so much, and probably is validly categorized as shouting.
