Dear Kai,

I have made the corrections that you suggested and posting the corrected schematics and layouts. Please check these new layouts and schematic and let me know if they are all right so that I can send it for board making.

Please note that the 47uF capacitor appearing at center of CD4060 will be mounted from bottom side and the resistors 3k9 and 39k appearing under CD4060 are smd and will be mounted on top side exactly below CD4060. I had do this in order to keep the signal path shortest and to put all the gnd points close to CD4060 gnd please let me know if theres a better way to do it.
